Mental Fitness STEAM Academy is a mission‑led nonprofit after‑school and enrichment program serving families in Atlanta, Georgia and the surrounding South Fulton area. We’re dedicated to helping children from kindergarten through early middle school (typically ages ~5–10) grow into confident, capable learners through hands‑on, engaging STEAM‑focused experiences. At Mental Fitness, learning goes beyond typical childcare — it’s about “Next Level Learning” that inspires curiosity, creativity, and problem‑solving. Our daily programs blend STEM/STEAM activities, homework support, healthy snacks, outdoor play, and enrichment opportunities in a supportive, nurturing environment where every child feels welcomed and encouraged. We believe every child deserves access to high‑quality learning opportunities regardless of background. That’s why our team of trained mentors — called Innovators — help students explore their interests, express themselves confidently, and elevate their skills through meaningful activities and real‑world challenges. In addition to after‑school care, Mental Fitness offers holiday and summer camps, themed weeks, and community partnerships that extend learning beyond the classroom. Strong communication with families (including tools like Brightwheel) and a focus on safety and school‑community connection make Mental Fitness a trusted choice for enrichment and growth.
